1. Where did the name “ STITCH® Golf” originate?

2. Do you offer personalization on products?
We currently offer personalization options for our UGB™ in the form of an ingot, allowing you to add your initials to the bag. Stay tuned for additional personalization options in the future!
3. Can I order a customized headcover?
We currently do not offer this. Stay tuned for customization options available in the future.
4. How do the headcovers fit?
Our headcovers are designed to fit all modern clubs with an engineered fit to ensure the headcover stays on the club.
5. What is STITCH®’s Touring Fabric™?
STITCH®'s Touring Fabric™ is a unique proprietary product used in our Superleggara collection of SL1 golf bags and our Ultimate Garment Bag (UGB™). The fabric is designed with the strength of leather but is more durable, light weight and waterproof. 6. How long does it take to receive my item?
Processing time averages 1-3 business days as most items are in stock and ready to ship. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, so delivery times are subject to geographic location. International deliveries are sent via USPS and may be subject to prolonged delivery times due to customs regulations.
7. How can I see the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.
8. What is your return policy?
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In stock items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
9. Is my product covered under warranty?
All STITCH® products carry a one-year warranty. Quality issues outside one year will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
